What they do
Under the price: "Pregnancy safe", "100% natural fragrances" and "Naturally derived ingredients", then what it smells like and how to use it.
Why it works
You can't smell a candle online, so they tell you what it smells like and what's in it, right by the button. Pregnancy safe is a question I wouldn't have thought to ask, but they've clearly been asked it enough to make it a badge.
Makes sense when
Anything people can't try before they buy. Pick the two or three things they'd worry about and badge those.
Worth considering
The saving shows four times: "Worth £32" in the title, the crossed-out price, "Save £9", then again in the description. I may be wrong, and they may well have tested it, but once by the price (or in the Add to bag button) would do.
