Awards, reviews and a real shop, on every page
What they do
A strip under the header on every page: 23K+ Trustpilot reviews, "Multi-award winning Nursery Retailer", 19+ years, 1.5M+ parents. Above it, free one-to-one appointments at their Surrey shop. That's quite easy to miss, to be fair, but knowing there's a real shop builds trust even if you never go.
Why it works
A £1,000 pushchair is a big order to place with a website. Each line answers a different worry: are they real, are they any good, have they been around long. The shop does the most work, because a business with an address and opening hours is one you could walk into.
Makes sense when
Expensive, considered purchases, especially from a retailer rather than the brand. Only use claims you can back up. On mobile the strip rotates, so most visitors only see one line of it.
